Education propositions that Californians  vote on
always concern more tax money for Education.
Proponents claim that more money for education
and smaller classes will increase test scores---
except according to studies this is not true!
California trails most states in reading, math
and general test scores.
Spending more money and creating smaller classes
will only continue this cycle of education mediocrity.
